Project Overview
The Wink to Webster Pipeline Project for Plains All American (Plains) consists of approximately 620 miles of 36” pipeline carrying crude oil from the Plains Wink Terminal in Wink, TX to the Baytown Refinery in Baytown, TX.
The scope of work completed by CCI included two main phases: Geotechnical Feasibility Evaluation, and Detailed HDD Engineering Design. The work scope included all project management, engineering and geotechnical services required to progress the project up to final IFC (Issued for Construction) stage. Sixty-eight (68) crossing designs and associated geotechnical investigations were performed by CCI, including for multiple sensitive watercourse crossings and major highways and rails.
